Diehl Subaru of Massillon is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main contact between customers and service technicians in Massillon, OH. You will greet customers, document vehicle issues, prepare repair orders, and explain maintenance recommendations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and multitasking abilities, with experience in customer service or automotive settings. A valid driver's license is required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or automotive dealership is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain maintenance and repairs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and provide a professional, friendly experience.
