• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnosis and repair status.
• Provide customers with accurate repair estimates and completion timelines.
• Review recommended maintenance and repair services with customers.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Schedule service appointments and assist with service-lane workflow.
• Review completed repair orders and explain services performed.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, management, and other dealership departments.
