Job summary

Diehl Subaru of Massillon is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Massillon, OH service team. You will be the primary contact for customers, explain maintenance needs, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs on track.

We value strong communication, organization, and a customer‑focused approach. Previous dealership experience is preferred, but motivated professionals with service or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Obtain customer authorization for repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Schedule service appointments and assist with service-lane workflow.
• Review completed repair orders and explain services performed.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.

Diehl Subaru of Massillon is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department in Massillon, OH.

Previous automotive dealership or service advisor experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service, sales, or automotive backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Subaru dealership or manufacturer experience is a plus but not required
