Diehl Subaru of Massillon is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Massillon, Ohio team. The role involves greeting customers, helping them select new Subaru or pre-owned vehicles, and guiding them through demonstrations, test drives, and the buying process.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, a positive attitude, and the desire to build lasting relationships. Prior auto sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with good people

• Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available options.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
• Work with sales managers and finance professionals to provide a smooth buying experience.
• Stay current on Subaru models, features, incentives, and product information.
