Qualifications

Experience in automotive sales with a successful track record in sales management.
Strong knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and sales strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team's performance
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards
