Responsibilities

• In-the-trenches leadership: be highly visible on the showroom floor, work deals, and energize the team.
• Relentless talent coaching: conduct daily one-on-ones, live role-plays, and real-time feedback.
• Drive the numbers: analyze daily data and 30/60/90‑day trends to pinpoint gaps and opportunities.
• Optimize operations: oversee reporting portals, incentives, and the CRM funnel from lead to delivery.
• Maximize profitability: partner with the F&I team and appraise trades to maximize gross.
