Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Sales Pro to drive growth for NAPA Auto Parts stores and expand our customer base. You will promote the full NAPA line to wholesale customers, develop local sales plans with Store Managers, and manage leads while aligning solutions to customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-focused roles or outside sales, with strong selling skills and group presentation ability. A valid driver license is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-focused role with quota-driven environment.
• Understanding and demonstrating basic selling skills (preparing for calls, handling resistance, closing deals).
• Ability to present information in group meetings.
• Valid driver license with limited moving violations (last 4 years).
• Retail or outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for company-owned NAPA stores, customer base, sales and profits.
• Promote NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
• Develop local sales plans with Store Manager and manage leads locally.
• Identify customer needs and align with NAPA offerings.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps to enhance programs and knowledge.
• Engage customers through NAPA eSales programs.
• Conduct seminars and presentations on NAPA products and services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues by phone or in person.
