Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Sales Pro to grow NAPA Auto Parts sales, win new customers, and sustain relationships after the sale. This role is self-motivated and customer-centric, promoting our full line of products and services to expand business with new and existing customers.

You will drive growth of company-owned NAPA stores, promote products to wholesale customers, and develop local sales plans with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

2+ years in a customer-focused role in a quota-driven environment.
Retail or outside sales experience.
Ability to present information in group meetings and manage sales calls.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of company-owned NAPA stores, customer base, sales and profits.
Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
Develop plans with the Store Manager to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads locally.
Identify specific customer needs and align solutions with NAPA's offerings.
Engage customers and keep them connected through NAPA's eSales programs; conduct seminars and presentations.
Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving problems, complaints and questions in person or by telephone.
