Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking aSales Pro to drive new business, win-and-retain customers, and expand our NAPA Auto Parts store network. You will promote the full NAPA line to Wholesale Customers and work with local store leadership to grow sales and customer base.

The role requires strong selling skills, experience in retail or outside sales, and a customer-centric approach to delivering solutions and service over the phone or in person.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Retail store or outside sales.
• 2+ years in a customer focused role in a quota-driven environment.
• Understand basic selling steps: prep, meetings, handling objections, closing, account maintenance.
• Ability to present information in group meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales and profits.
• Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
• Develop local plans with Store Manager to increase sales and proactively develop leads.
• Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA offerings.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps to improve programs and grow knowledge of lines.
• Engage customers through all of NAPA’s eSales programs and seminars.
