You will work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at a high level and drive guest engagement to deliver legendary experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures.

• Help ensure restaurant is at top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
