Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, and partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its highest standard.

You’ll focus on guest-related metrics and engagement while developing your team through hands-on training, coaching, and a commitment to safety, quality, and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game.
• You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
