Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and coach a team of servers, bartenders and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance and ensure the restaurant stays at the top of its game.

You will focus on guest engagement, guest-related metrics, and creating legendary experiences for guests while fostering development and growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure top performance for the restaurant.
