Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. You will help drive guest engagement and guest-related metrics to keep the restaurant at its best.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management, with solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety. Your passion for training and developing a winning team will be essential.

Competenze

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and develop your team.
