Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management, with solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, alcohol service safety, and operations systems. This role offers growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to drive legendary experiences.
• Train, coach and develop team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistency, profitability and brand standards.
