P.B. Bell is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations of our Arizona multifamily communities. You will assist with marketing, leasing, and maintaining strong resident relations while ensuring service excellence and accurate financial recordkeeping.

The role emphasizes Weekend work as required, customer service orientation, and professional demeanor in a family-owned company with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of Assistant Property Manager experience at an apartment community.
• Strong leasing and marketing experience required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Good computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations of the community.
• Support marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
• Promote resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Assist with rent collection and site accounting functions.
