Job summary

PB Bell is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the on-site team and oversee daily operations of a multifamily community in Arizona. The role focuses on hiring, training, and supervising staff while achieving excellent occupancy, resident satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have previous Community Manager experience, strong leadership and sales abilities, and be proficient with Yardi software.

Qualifications

• Previous Community Manager experience required.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred; must be tech-savvy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and administrative skills.
• Strong sales ability with excellent closing ratios.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the community to prospective residents and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Process and approve applications and coordinate move-ins.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site team members.
• Direct marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain excellent resident communication to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute resident events and community engagement activities.
• Mediate resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and oversee vendor relationships and services.
• Monitor property performance, budgets, and financial goals.
