Responsibilities

• Showcase the community to prospective residents and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Process and approve applications and coordinate move-ins.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site team members.
• Direct marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain excellent resident communication to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute resident events and community engagement activities.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and oversee vendor relationships and services.
