Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a on-site Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As a leader, you will audit staffing, train staff, manage budgets, marketing plans and leasing activities while ensuring exceptional resident service and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community and supervise on-site staff.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, financial, administration and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans; monitor deposits, rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Respond to resident concerns, implement retention programs and maintain property appearance.
