• Assist hotel guests with activity bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
• Coordinate activities for corporate groups from initial outreach through final activity contracts and execution.
• Perform administrative duties using multiple software systems, including SpaSoft, Way, InDesign, Opera, and HotSOS.
• Facilitate and lead activities, confidently speaking in front of guests and groups when required.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with hotel guests and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
