Carmel Valley Ranch is seeking an Activities Coordinator to create and deliver exceptional guest experiences through activity bookings, coordination, and facilitation.

You will assist guests by phone and email, coordinate corporate group activities, and lead sessions, using SpaSoft, Way, InDesign, Opera, and HotSOS. A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with activity bookings via phone and email with accurate communication.

• Perform administrative duties using multiple software systems (SpaSoft, Way, InDesign, Opera, HotSOS).
• Facilitate and lead activities, speaking in front of guests when required.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with guests and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
