Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines in Texas seeks a Recreation Attendant to create engaging activities for hotel guests and oversee outdoor recreation areas including our water park and amenities. You will deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring safety and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

The role is on-call with weekends and holidays required; you will assist in planning events and activities, set up and breakdown equipment, and help guests maximize their stay at the resort.

• Share information about resort amenities and activities, helping guests make the most of their stay.

• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
