Philips seeks a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Pacific Northwest. This field-based role drives modality strategy, mentors IAMs, and develops district plans to maximize market visibility and revenue.

Extensive cross-functional collaboration and data-driven execution are required. You will leverage Salesforce and Power BI for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis while traveling 60–70% within the district.

Competenze

• 3+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership.
• DXR expertise preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Clinical or Health Sciences or related field.

Mansioni

• Own the district DXR business strategy and territory plans for IAMs, prioritizing white space and IDN opportunities.
• Shape account plans and negotiations, leading complex multi-stakeholder pursuits by data-driven influence.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR knowledge and deal strategy through joint customer calls and reviews.
• Direct Clinical Product Specialists and resources toward high-value opportunities; support RFP strategy with input.
• Build market presence via reference-site visits, clinical workshops, and industry events; monitor competition.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasting, and documentation to support resource allocation and compliance; travel 60–70%.
