The Housing Program Coordinator at InCourage leads the Domestic Violence Rapid Rehousing (DV RRH) initiative, delivering direct services to homeless and domestic abuse survivors while upholding the agency's mission and values. The role participates in on-call rotations and may supervise DV RRH staff, supporting staff employment decisions with the Executive Director.

Qualifikationen

• Two years’ experience in supportive housing services
• Experience with survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault desired
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide staff
• Ability to help individuals explore options and problem-solve
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds affected by abuse
• Maintain confidentiality
• Work independently and as a team, set priorities and be flexible
• Be supportive and non-judgmental
• Handle stressful circumstances professionally
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Computer skills include Word, Excel, and Windows
• Valid driver's license and insurance; access to a vehicle
• Willingness to undergo DHS caregiver and criminal background check
• Bi-lingual a plus

Aufgaben

• Enroll clients in the program and assist in finding housing
• Provide case management during program participation (up to 24 months)
• Work with landlords and manage relationships with housing partners
• Represent the agency at housing-related meetings
• Participate in the Point In Time count and outreach events as needed
• Complete necessary paperwork and HUD files in a timely manner
• Adopt a team-based approach to program delivery
• Mentor DV RRH staff and support employment processes for staff
