Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch and English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Provide Dutch-speaking customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and applications.
Document support cases and record interactions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Stay updated on product offerings and best practices.
