Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with identity providers and SaaS apps (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with endpoint security and MDM tools (CrowdStrike, JAMF, Intune).
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills; ability to guide users.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to executives and staff, in person and remotely.
• Respond to and manage IT help desk tickets and requests.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure, devices, networks, conferencing equipment, AV and desks.
• Develop and distribute technical documentation and runbooks.
• Onboard/offboard employees and manage asset lifecycle; participate in security/compliance tasks.
• Support local events and global meetings; travel to other offices as needed.
