Bluemont Group in Fountain City, Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Dunkin’ Shift Leader to manage the floor during shifts, coach the crew, and ensure efficient drive-thru and service flow. This role offers growth into management with training and a path to certifications.

Location open early and late, with weekend shifts; compensation ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour plus benefits. Prior Dunkin’ or retail leadership helps, strong cash handling, and dependable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or Dunkin’ crew experience
• Dependable and people-follow your lead
• Stay calm and friendly when the line is long
• Count cash accurately and follow procedures
• Able to stand, bend and move for a full shift and lift/carry supplies

Responsabilités

• Set the line for your shift across drive-thru, front counter, beverage and sandwich stations
• Move teammates to where they’re needed as the rush builds or slows
• Coach crew in the moment and call out great work
• Jump in at any station when the drive-thru backs up
• Fix guest issues on the spot and ensure friendly service
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks and earn ServSafe certification
• Help train new Crew Members and report equipment issues to management
