Job summary
Ajax Systems is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader for the UAE region, based in Dubai. You will drive growth in electronic security, manage partnerships, and close opportunities with enterprises and partners.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in security sales, deep product knowledge, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will shape regional strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent Ajax in key market events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial experience in business and sales management in the electronic security industry.
- Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion.
- Conversational English and Arabic required.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement a strategic UAE business development plan.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners across the region.
- Pursue opportunities aligned with company growth strategy.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and risks.
- Analyze market data to craft effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
