Reiss Limited is seeking a Dual-Site Concession Manager for Macy's and Bloomingdale's Tyson's Corner on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for achieving targets, delivering commercial and operational excellence across both concessions.

You will plan long-term goals, manage operations, lead a proactive team, and ensure outstanding customer service, stock control, promotions, and merchandising align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience in premium or luxury brand.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead a team and manage concessions across two sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term concession goals.
• Manage overall concession operations and performance.

• Oversee stock levels and loss prevention.
