Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Strong understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills.
• Proactive ability to build professional relationships with kitchen leadership.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn ingredients on all menu items and produce consistent dishes on two stations.
• Assist with prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory as needed.
• Prepare pantry, fry station, and other kitchen areas while respecting allergies and alterations.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Assist with inventory to support sustainable food costs.
• Set up stations per guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work area.
