Soho House & Co is seeking a Line Cook II in Nashville to manage two stations, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes from prep to plate. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintaining calm and focus while supporting senior chefs and the team.

Responsibilities include learning all menu items, assisting with prep and inventory, and delivering safe, sanitary, timely meals. The role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a commitment to Soho House standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Strong cooking skills and knife-handling abilities.
• Food handler’s certificate required.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Able to build professional relationships with kitchen leadership.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn ingredients on all menu items and produce consistent dishes across two stations.
• Support in daily prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare pantry, fry station, and other areas while accommodating allergies and dish modifications.
• Prepare items sanitary and timely, following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to manage costs.
• Assist with inventory to maintain sustainable food costs.
• Set up stations per Kitchen guidelines and keep work areas clean and stocked.
• Execute production and a-la-carte dishes, including team meals and weekend specials.
