Job summary

Peak Living in Denver seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment leasing, maximize rent potential, and train the leasing team. You will market the community and vacant units while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Under the Community Manager, you will mentor Leasing Specialists, enforce policies, manage resident relations, and drive renewals and occupancy through strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of leasing experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing of apartments at optimal rent levels.
• Train and supervise Leasing Specialists.
• Ensure leasing standards and resident satisfaction are met.
• Coordinate with marketing to drive occupancy and lease conversions.
• Qualify applicants and process rental applications.
• Maintain accurate resident files and market surveys.
