Allied Orion Group in Denver is seeking an Experienced Leasing Associate to drive high occupancy and maintain positive resident relations. You will market, lease, and ensure a smooth rental process, aligning with company standards and delivering excellent service.

You will tour properties, qualify prospects, process applications and leases, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and use on-site software to track availability and market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Able to apply sales skills to generate leads and close leases.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects; tour property and amenities.
• Ensure property and show units meet company standards for marketing/leasing tours.
• Record all telephone and in-person traffic per policy.
• Process applications and lease agreements according to policy.
• Manage move-in, renewal, and move-out processes per policy.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and complete outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and adjust marketing accordingly.
