Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist to join our team at our Denver-area communities. You will work under the Community Manager to support all community operations, focusing on leasing and resident services.

The role emphasizes customer service, lease administration, and cooperation with management to maximize occupancy and renewals. A high school diploma is required, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in onsite leasing or hospitality is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service and leasing tasks, including greeting prospects, collecting information, setting appointments, and showing available apartments.
• Assist in preparing lease paperwork for new and renewal agreements.
• Process renewal rate inserts and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident accounts to identify unpaid balances and communicate with residents to collect delinquencies while upholding lease terms.
• Help Community Manager with resident events, newsletters, and loyalty/retention efforts.
