Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated onsite porter to maintain two Active Adult properties in Scottsdale. You will keep grounds tidy, assist service teams, manage make‑ready turnovers, and support safety and resident communications.

A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property. The role demands physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and keep common areas neat and free of debris.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists with make‑ready processes.
• Handles minor service requests and supports the make‑ready specialist during turnover.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates work according to codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
