Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee operations at two Enfield, CT and Shelton, CT locations. The role focuses on vendor management, facilities coordination, and project oversight to deliver a safe and productive workplace for employees and visitors.

The successful candidate will split time between both sites, coordinating with landlords and service providers while maintaining high standards of office presentation and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilities contact for Enfield and Shelton offices.
• Manage third-party vendors for maintenance, janitorial, and related services.
• Coordinate and oversee facilities projects, including contracting and electrical upgrades.
• Partner with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders to meet facility needs.
• Monitor work orders, vendor performance, budgets, and metrics; propose improvements.
• Support workplace services from Shelton front desk to create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain and organize office common areas to be presentation-ready.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance across both sites to ensure safety and productivity.
