Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a senior FM Engineering Ops Manager to be embedded onsite at the client’s U.S. headquarters, a 2 million-square-foot, multi-building campus.

You will lead engineering and operations staff, oversee maintenance programs, and partner with client leadership to ensure reliable, efficient building systems across office, clean room, manufacturing, and lab environments. You will drive strategic goals, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of facilities management/engineering operations experience.
• Strong technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and building infrastructure.
• Experience leading large teams, hiring, development, and retention.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision to engineering and operations staff, including performance management and development.
• Lead daily team operations by scheduling, priorities, and cross-functional training.
• Set and track performance goals, milestones, and deadlines for service delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, vendors and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Manage departmental financials including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and P&L accountability.
• Develop and implement strategic goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive execution of company programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, risk mitigation, and improved processes.
