Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Sr. Manager to lead operations for ~17 client sites across a NE portfolio totaling ~5.9 million sq ft. Typical hours are 7a–5p EST with on-call duties. Travel to sites is expected; supervision of 12+ direct reports and environmental, health, and safety oversight are essential.

The role emphasizes budget control, capital project leadership, and building strong client relationships while advancing CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with 5–8 years in facilities management.
• Experience supervising 12+ direct reports and coordinating multi-site operations.
• Facilities management certification preferred and valid driver's license required.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee recruitment and hiring.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, and cross-train team members.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues in meetings.
• Plan large capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform inspections and implement safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop EH&S procedures and manage procurement processes.
• Foster CBRE RISE values and drive cross-discipline collaboration.
