Prime Group's Faro Blanco Resort and Courtyard by Marriott in Marathon, FL seeks a Complex Director of Sales & Catering to lead a team and fill rooms with groups, meetings, weddings, and events that matter.

You will set sales targets for groups, catering, and social business; forecast and manage a strong pipeline across both resorts; own key accounts; and partner with Revenue Management on group rates and inventory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hotel sales and 3+ years leading a sales team.
• Group and catering contracting experience.
• Pipeline management across group, catering, and social business.
• Experience with CRM systems and revenue forecasting.

• Forecast and manage a strong pipeline across both resorts; price for yield.
• Own key accounts and lead high-value proposals.
• Oversee catering and event execution with culinary and F&B teams.
