Job summary

Prime Group in the Florida Keys seeks a Managing Director to lead two luxury resorts, Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club (Curio Collection) and Marathon Courtyard, as a single portfolio. The role carries P&L responsibility for 252 rooms and roughly $31.5 million in annual revenue, including spa, marina, and F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership or oversight of a resort or hotel spa, including P&L, staffing, and guest programming.
• Senior leadership as a General Manager or Managing Director running resort or full-service hotels with $20 million or more in revenue.
• Experience leading multiple departments or more than one property, with strong financial and revenue management skills.
• Track record of delivering budget, guest satisfaction, and team engagement results.
• Willingness to relocate to the Florida Keys.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the leadership teams at two properties, building a succession bench and a service-first culture.
• Own the combined $31.5 million revenue and profit plan: budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and monthly reporting to ownership.
• Drive GOP and flow-through through disciplined labor management, cost controls, and procurement.
• Oversee spa, marina, F&B operations, and guest experiences; integrate wellness and waterfront packages.
• Direct pricing, distribution, and segmentation across 252 rooms and manage direct-booking share.
• Lead Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management to optimize pace, shoulder-season demand, and brand relationships.
• Represent the resorts to owners, Prime Group leadership, brand partners, and lenders.
