Prime Group in Marathon, FL is seeking a Sales, Catering & CS Coordinator to keep the sales office running and ensure every client feels cared for from first inquiry to final invoice.

In this full-time, hourly role you will respond to client inquiries, prepare contracts, coordinate event spaces, track deposits, and support billing with Finance, delivering a polished service experience that encourages clients to return.

• 1–2 years in administrative, customer service, or events work.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and booking or CRM systems.

As Sales, Catering & CS Coordinator, you will keep our sales office running smoothly, making sure every client feels cared for and every event detail is correct from first inquiry to final invoice.

Job Summary

Keep the sales office running. Make sure every inquiry, contract, and event detail is accurate and on time, so the sales team can sell and the event team can deliver.

What You’ll Do
