Prime Group's Faro Blanco Resort and Courtyard by Marriott in Marathon, FL seeks a Complex Director of Sales & Catering to lead a team and fill rooms with groups, meetings, weddings, and events that matter.

You will set sales targets for groups, catering, and social business; forecast and manage a strong pipeline across both resorts; own key accounts; and partner with Revenue Management on group rates and inventory.
