Career Group is seeking a proactive House Manager to oversee two private residences in Palo Alto and Redwood City. The role requires hands-on, detail-oriented individuals who can coordinate vendors, maintenance and household operations with discretion and reliability.

The position is hybrid with afternoon onsite availability, involving daily travel between the Peninsula homes and occasional travel to San Francisco. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in private household support, hospitality, workplace or office operations, facilities, property management or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-through on tasks and projects.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented with ownership of responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day household operations across two residences in Palo Alto and Redwood City.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance providers and service professionals.
• Schedule cleaners, gardeners, tradespeople and other household service providers.
• Manage purchasing, supplies, inventory and general organization.
• Maintain records of vendors, appointments and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate priorities and updates to the Director of Personal Affairs.
• Travel between Peninsula residences daily and provide onsite support in the afternoons; occasional travel to San Francisco.
