SBG Hospitality is seeking a Sales & Catering Manager to lead sales efforts and event business development across The Aldenberg Hotel and The Ashbrook Hotel in Versailles, Kentucky. Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for both hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
• Catering & Event Planning: Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and proposal through contracting, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, social gatherings, private dining experiences, and other special events.
• Develop detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, floor plans, and event specifications.
• Collaborate with culinary and restaurant leadership to develop menus, beverage packages, and customized dining experiences.
• Coordinate event requirements, including room layouts, audiovisual needs, rentals, transportation, vendors, and special requests.
• Conduct planning meetings, venue walkthroughs, and final detail reviews with clients.
• Communicate event details accurately and efficiently to the rooms, food and beverage, culinary, and operational teams.
• Provide on-site coordination and client support during events, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival through departure.
• Respond proactively to changing client needs and resolve challenges with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Conduct post-event follow-up to evaluate satisfaction.
