Qualificações

• Sales-minded hospitality professional with ownership of business development.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and convert opportunities to revenue.
• Experience driving group room sales, corporate meetings, weddings, and catering.
• Willingness to coordinate with culinary/operational teams for flawless events.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for both hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, wedding planners, event professionals, local businesses, tourism organizations, and referral partners.
• Generate revenue through group room blocks, weddings, rehearsals, corporate meetings, retreats, private dining, and social events.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline, including lead qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Coordinate weddings, rehearsals, corporate meetings, and other events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Develop detailed event orders, timelines, floor plans, and collaboration with culinary/restaurant leadership.
