Merete Hotel Management Inc seeks a Dual Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in coordinating hotel operations. You will lead Front Desk activities, supervise housekeeping, and oversee Breakfast Area to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will train and develop associates, conduct performance reviews, manage payroll, and assist with budgets and action plans, while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business, or 3 years in hospitality with supervisory experience.
• Management and leadership experience preferred.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge (P&L, labor, cost control).
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist the hotel GM in planning and directing operations.
• Manage Front Desk operations for assigned hotels.
• Supervise housekeeping and breakfast area teams.
• Train and develop associates per company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and schedule staff.
• Monitor payroll hours and prepare reports.
