Aloft Arundel Mills BWI Airport in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Dual Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations across two Marriott-branded properties. You will coach teams, ensure smooth arrivals and departures, resolve guest concerns, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires 2–3 years front desk leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Marriott PMS experience is preferred; flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hotel front desk experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Marriott experience and familiarity with hotel property management systems preferred.
• A positive, hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate front office associates across both properties.
• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Manage scheduling, training, and departmental performance.
• Maintain Marriott brand standards and Waterford Hotel Group service expectations.
• Partner with hotel leadership to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
