Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive hotel/related field experience, or 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent speaking, reading and writing communication.
• Ability to analyze financial information and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for two hotels and drive revenue while controlling expenses.
• Provide guidance to management teams and front-line staff.
• Develop and monitor annual budget and property improvement plans.
• Lead sales efforts, client meetings, and on-site leadership activities.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and monthly financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate policies.
