Job summary

Buick GMC of North Miami & Hyundai of North Miami is seeking a results-driven BDC Manager to lead two dealership BDC operations. This role focuses on building high-performing teams, maximizing lead opportunities, driving appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across both locations.

You will oversee CRM activity, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with General Managers to develop strong, scalable processes.

Qualifications

Proven BDC management experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems, internet leads, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to oversee operations at two dealerships while delivering measurable results.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate BDC teams across two dealership rooftops.
Drive appointment setting, lead conversion, sales opportunities, and customer retention.
Monitor CRM activity, customer follow-up, and key performance metrics.
Collaborate with General Managers and dealership leadership to develop strategies and achieve goals.
Implement consistent processes, training, and accountability across both locations.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction.
