As Assistant Director of Housekeeping you will oversee Housekeeping and Laundry, work with Front Office, ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and lead payroll and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience required; brand hotel experience is a plus.
• Experience in housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and financials.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced environment and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

• The Assistant Director of Housekeeping assists in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

• Extensive knowledge in Housekeeping and Laundry operational procedures

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
