White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across guestrooms and public spaces.

The role includes leading teams, managing payroll, scheduling, and financials in a fast-paced, upscale hotel environment. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for developing future leaders in housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with the brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.
• Excellent communication and eye for detail.
• Ability to train and develop future housekeeping leaders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
